Founded as Highland Organization Corp
In 1999, Marc Piacenti opened the doors of Highland Organization Corp at 435 Brook Avenue in Deer Park. The mission was simple — build commercial millwork the right way, every time. Dental practices, medical offices, retail buildouts, banking interiors — anything that demanded precision and finish.
Over the next two-plus decades, the shop earned its reputation one project at a time. By the time the brand evolved into Deerfield Interiors, the work had spoken for itself across the tri-state area.
Now operating as Deerfield Interiors
Today the same shop, the same craftsmen, and the same standards operate as Deerfield Interiors. The brand sharpened. The focus narrowed to what we do best — commercial millwork for the industries that demand it most.

Marc started building millwork before most of his competitors had picked up a chisel. Twenty-five years and counting on the same shop floor, he still walks every project himself — measuring twice, inspecting every joint, and refusing to release a piece that doesn't meet the bar.
