Restaurants Millwork in New York City

Restaurants live and die on atmosphere, and the woodwork carries it. Deerfield Interiors builds the bars, host stands, banquettes, and finish carpentry that give a dining room its character — durable enough for nightly service and finished to your brand. Fabricated in our Deer Park, NY shop, installed across New York City on your opening timeline.

Scope of Work

What we build for restaurants

The bar is the centerpiece, and we build it to perform. Front bars with custom die walls and foot rails, back bars with integrated bottle display and refrigeration cutouts, and durable, sealed bar tops that stand up to spills, heat, and a decade of nightly service — in reclaimed timber, rift-cut oak, walnut, or whatever your designer's palette calls for.

Host stands and point-of-sale stations are the first thing a guest touches, so we make them a statement: sculptural, brand-integrated, and built to conceal the tech and clutter behind a clean face. Banquette and booth millwork is fabricated to your upholsterer's templates with the right seat heights, back angles, and divider details to seat the room comfortably.

Beyond the centerpieces, we deliver the finish carpentry that pulls a space together — wall paneling and slat features, wainscoting, custom trim and crown, service stations, and millwork for private dining and waiting areas. Every piece is sealed and detailed for the realities of a working kitchen-adjacent environment.

Restaurant build-outs run on tight pre-opening schedules, and Deerfield — an AWI-certified millwork shop in Deer Park, NY — sequences fabrication and install to hit your opening date, coordinating with your GC, designer, and FF&E vendors across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the greater NYC metro.
